Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources into our databases and systems. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data from various sources, including handwritten documents, spreadsheets, and scanned images, into our databases and systems.
  • Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entry activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications:

Project Manager (Anywhere)

Department: Operations/Data Management

Reports to: PMO Leader

Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple document conversion projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. This role will involve coordinating with a team of data entry specialists, communicating project status to clients and internal stakeholders, and tracking project progress and team effort.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal capabilities.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Allocate resources effectively, including assigning tasks to team members and managing workloads.
  • Team Management:

    • Provide guidance and support to the data entry team.
    • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Provide regular project status updates, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

Reports To: Director of Engineering

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Operations Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our cloud-based services. This position requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly and efficiently
